about Me…
I’ve spent most of my adult life asking questions, unearthing things, helping people be themselves and express more freely what lies within.
For 15 years I was a documentary maker for Channel 4. I lived with racing drivers, pop-stars, politicians, blind people, angry people, determined people and helped them tell their stories during poignant times in their lives. I wanted to get under their skin and find out who they really were and what made them tick.
Then one day, a friend invited me to a meeting with IKEA in Sweden and I discovered that these same instincts could help companies unlock helpful truths and think more clearly about what they do and why. It has led to 10 fascinating years working with founders and leaders of organisations large and small, bringing fresh eyes and a knack for asking the unasked question to help them overcome some of their thorniest problems.
When I’m not doing this, I’m a husband, a dad, a small-time landowner, and (since the age of 35) a passionate follower of Jesus.
